Types of cookies we use Strictly necessary (no consent required) Enable core Platform functions: session management, security, navigation, KYC/AML flow, and wallet connectivity. Lawful basis: performance of contract / legitimate interests. These cannot be disabled without impairing core Platform functionality. Analytical / performance (consent required) Track anonymised usage (pages visited, time spent) to improve the Platform. Where used, we employ EUhosted or GDPR-compliant solutions with anonymised IP addresses. No cross-border transfers without adequate safeguards. Functional (consent required) Remember your preferences, such as language selection (English / Latvian). Marketing / targeting We do not currently use marketing or targeting cookies. 4. Third-party cookies We may use third-party services for analytics or similar purposes. Retention periods Session cookies Deleted automatically when you close your browser. Persistent cookies Retained for a maximum of 13 months (aligned with CNIL/EDPB guidelines), unless you delete them earlier via browser settings or the cookie preferences panel.
