Cookie Policy app.maritimedao.com Ref: 02.3 | Version 2 | 26 March 2026 This Cookie Policy explains how Maritime DAO LLC ("we", "us", or "our") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on app.maritimedao.com (the "Platform"). We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy Directive as amended), and Latvian Electronic Communications Law. 1. What are cookies? Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They enable core functionality and provide analytics or other features. We use cookies and similar technologies (e.g., pixels, local storage). 2. Types of cookies we use Strictly necessary (no consent required) Enable core Platform functions: session management, security, navigation, KYC/AML flow, and wallet connectivity. Lawful basis: performance of contract / legitimate interests. These cannot be disabled without impairing core Platform functionality. Analytical / performance (consent required) Track anonymised usage (pages visited, time spent) to improve the Platform. Where used, we employ EUhosted or GDPR-compliant solutions with anonymised IP addresses. No cross-border transfers without adequate safeguards. Functional (consent required) Remember your preferences, such as language selection (English / Latvian). Marketing / targeting We do not currently use marketing or targeting cookies. If introduced in future, we will update this Policy and obtain fresh, specific consent before any such cookies are activated. 3. Cookie consent and management On your first visit to the Platform, a cookie banner will appear allowing you to: • Accept all cookies (including optional categories). • Accept strictly necessary cookies only. • Manage preferences by category (granular opt-in / opt-out). Your consent must be freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous. You can withdraw consent at any time through: • The cookie preferences panel (accessible via the footer link "Cookie Settings" on the Platform). • Your browser settings (note: this may limit some Platform features). Your right to withdraw consent Withdrawing cookie consent is as easy as giving it. Use the Cookie Settings link in the footer at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

4. Third-party cookies We may use third-party services for analytics or similar purposes. These third parties act as data processors under GDPR Article 28 and are bound by appropriate data processing agreements. Links to their privacy/cookie policies are provided in the cookie banner. No unnecessary cross-border data transfers occur without appropriate safeguards (adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses). 5. Retention periods Session cookies Deleted automatically when you close your browser. Persistent cookies Retained for a maximum of 13 months (aligned with CNIL/EDPB guidelines), unless you delete them earlier via browser settings or the cookie preferences panel. Analytics data Aggregated/anonymised — retained for up to 25 months for trend analysis. 6. Your rights As an EU data subject, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and object to processing of your personal data. See our Privacy Policy (document 02.2) for full details on exercising your GDPR rights and contacting the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (www.dvi.gov.lv). 7. Changes to this policy We may update this Policy. The updated version will be posted on the Platform with a new "Last Updated" date.
